Spring Fundraiser, 2012

The PTO sponsored All American Spring Fundraiser is coming up! It will kickoff Monday February 27.  This is the largest and only catalog fundraiser we are doing this year. This fundraiser will enable us to continue to allocate funds toward meaningful programs like new Math textbooks, Spelling City, Outdoor School, Harvest Fest, Science Fairs, Teacher Appreciation, Document Cameras, Field Trip Bussing, and Classroom Supplies.  We have worked with All American Fundraiser in recent years, but this year we asked them to change it up a bit to continue to keep it exciting and different.

We kept the popular frozen cookie dough with some neat additions like colored roll out cookie dough
and tubs of cookie dough. We added Flower Bulbs and All American changed their catalog to include some things we haven’t seen in the past like sports themed microwave popcorn and more food items. We think you’ll like it!

Please join us in our effort to enhance our children’s educational funding by participating in our spring fundraiser

Town Hall Meeting Jan. 23rd, 7pm

Monday, Jan 23
BES Cafeteria

Mark your calendar & join us for an open discussion about the state of education in Oregon.

You will also have an opportunity to sign the petition that the parents of Banks School District are passing around.  It documents all of the unfortunate cuts the school district has had to make due to the State’s budget cuts.
